RHA T20 Wireless

The T20 Wireless from RHA are a hybrid of all their technologies all built around their DualCoil driver, these in ear monitors with detachable stainless-steel housing come complete with loads of goodies.

In your purchase you will find the T20 Wireless In-Ear Monitors, unbalanced OFC Cable (MMCX – 3.5mm), SecureFlex Bluetooth Neckband (MMCX – Bluetooth), Stainless Steel Tuning Filter Holder, Tuning Filters – 1xBass, 1xTreble, 1xReference, Neoprene Carry Case, USB-A to USB-C charging cable, clothing clip, stainless steel ear tip holder, Dual Density Silicone Ear Tips (2xS, 2xM, 2xL), Double Flange Silicone Ear Tips (1xS, 1xL) and two Comply Foam Comfort Tsx-400 ear tips.

The DualCoil driver is an upgrade of the standard dynamic driver, with an additional voice coil and custom diaphragm, this aims to deliver equal focus to bass, mid and treble frequencies, whilst the swappable tuning filters allows you to customise your sound, the Bass filters add extra power behind EDM tunes for example whilst the Treble filters heighten details in acoustic or folk tracks, the Reference filters aim to produce the original sound as the artist intended.
The T20 can be used both wired or wireless, just switch the earbuds out between the 3.5mm connection and the Bluetooth neckband, compatible with high-fidelity aptX codec and a 12-hour battery life, the battery life could be better especially in the price range as many headphones are coming on leaps and bounds in this area.

The neckband is lightweight and flexible, comfortable enough to wear during most exercises although they do bounce around during running which becomes irritating after too long. The fantastic range ear tips included and the buds themselves guaranty a secure and comfortable fit for everyone whilst blocking out external noises at the same time for complete immersion.

Playing around with the filters gives you a good range of sound stages to enjoy, the mid and high tones where a little tight at times, but overall the sound is high performing and worth the money. Those with more discerning audio tastes will enjoy the sound of the T20 but the limited battery life and Bluetooth 4.1 could do with an overhaul, saying that we still enjoyed using these versatile headphones.
