The Luna Display is a compact device that can turn any Mac or iPad into a wireless second display for a Mac, it is available for Mini DisplayPort or USB-C and can be set up in seconds, working instantly with your existing Wi-Fi.
The Luna comes with the Luna hardware unit (USB-C or Mini DisplayPort) along with access to the free Luna Display Mac and iPad apps, the Mac-to-iPad Mode lets you use your iPad as a Second Screen with Luna Display, with full support for external keyboards, Apple Pencil, and touch interactions, Luna harnesses the power of your Mac and extends your macOS onto a touchable device.
In the Mac-to-iPad Mode you will have touch pan and zoom gesture support, external keyboard support for iPad, the primary Mac must be a 2011 model or later and running macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) or later and the iPad must be an iPad 2, iPad Mini, iPad Pro, or iPad Air model running iOS 9.1 or later.
The Mac-to-Mac Mode can turn any old Mac into an extra display so dust the old one off, you can even use your MacBook as the main display for your Mac mini, if you have an iMac at your office, and a laptop that moves with you between work and home, pair your laptop with your iMac when in the office to make use of both devices. Mac-to-Mac features trackpad support for both computers, keyboard support for both computers and is compatible with macOS 10.8 MountainLion or later.
