SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl

As the weather gets warmer we tend to keep our windows open and with that comes the pesky flies that bounce off every window and attempt to land on our food and drink, normally we can swat them away before they cause trouble, unfortunately the pet food often remains uncovered for large portions of the day making it available to all those beastly pests.

The Sure Petcare Sealed Pet Bowl allows your pets to come and go for food, letting them self-regulate their meals (apparently some pets can actually manage this and don’t inhale an entire days’ worth of food in 2minutes). This handy pet bowl is ideal for families with just one pet, or pets who are very good at sharing, the motion sensor lid is activated when a pet comes close to the bowl, this means it is suitable for pets without a collar tag or microchip (although we recommend all pets should be microchipped and it is actually compulsory for dogs).

When the food bowl is left unattended the lid automatically folds down, this helps keep the food fresher for longer, prevents wet food from drying out, helps keep the smell of the food locked away and rather usefully stops small children grabbing a high protein snack during playtime. The motion sensor can be switched on and off via a button at the back of the unit so you can still regulate meal times if your pet gets a little drunk with power, the Pet Bowl is driven by four C cell batteries (not included) and this should last for about six months, a low battery indicator will flash when the batteries need changing.

The Sealed Pet Bowl measures up at 235mm (W) x 210mm (D) x 73mm (H) with the food bowl dimensions being 105mm (W) x 160mm (H) x 30mm (D). The pet bowl is suitable for both wet and dry food and has a 400ml capacity which is about two pouches of wet food, the included bowl is grey but if you want to jazz things up there are different colour bowls available, Blue, Pink and Green, sold separately, there are also split bowls and half bowls available.
