Snooper DVR-WF1 1080P HD WiFi Dash Cam 4

If your vehicle isn’t being used by multiple drivers the Snooper DVR-WF1 HD Dash Camera might be more appropriate, this discreet little dash cam will easily tuck away behind your rear-view mirror and comes in at a lower price. This cam comes with a windscreen mount, USB vehicle power supply, GPS antenna (must be connected to receive GPS and Time data) and an 8GB micro-SD card, it records in high definition 1080p and has a 150° viewing angle lens. The built in 3 axis G sensor will automatically lock any recordings of accidents and events it detects as well as the 30 seconds surrounding the moment. As long as the GPS antenna is connected it will also have data on your precise location and the speed of the vehicle and when linked up to the PC Player software, users can view the recorded information directly on Google Maps.

There is an included 8GB SD card that will automatically overwrite the old footage when it is full, however the camera is compatible with up to a 32GB SD card if more space is needed. The camera will automatically start recording the moment the ignition is turned on, the images are bright and clear, even in low light, giving you all the detail necessary for evidence if needed. Just like the DVR Pro it has the built-in WiFi which can be used to download and view footage through the dash cam app, again the app is temperamental when it comes to connecting to the camera which is a bit frustrating as when it works it is fine. Saying that, if you are desperate to review the footage it can be easily linked up to the PC, the clear images and minimalist design make it a good choice to plug in and forget about. RRP £129.99
