Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise, not to mention one of the most relaxing and enjoyable, however with your feet taking all the weight and impact the entire time it is understandable they can become sore and tired, even in the most comfortable of shoes. That’s why Aigle set out to create the Parcours range, the first anti-fatigue boot, that aims to keep your feet happy which will also have a direct impact all the way up your legs into your hips and your back, after all, good posture starts with a good foundation. The Aigle Parcours 2 ISO are part of this range and come in four colours, Bronze, Noir, Brun and Kaki, and are available in European sizes 36-50.
Designed predominately for hunters who will spend long days walking in all sorts of conditions, they feature a triple density sole, this is made up of an absorbent cushioned heel that takes the impact of each step and redistributes this energy into sending the heel forward for the next step. It also hugs the foot offering stability and support; the second layer of rubber is the intermediary sole which adds to the balance whilst the third layer is on the outer sole which was inspired by a goat hoof and has a 360-degree curve for a better grip on all terrains.
These boots will also protect from the cold thanks to the insulated sole and lining, they are fully waterproof and have an adjustable gusset to gain a precise fit and keep out rain and debris when trekking through the undergrowth. The outsole has deep lugs for improved traction on wet and slippery surfaces and can take on rugged environments time and time again due to the abrasion resistant finish. These boots have shown to be able to absorb twice as much energy as the European standard and with twice the grip of the original model in lab tests making them ideal for hunters, farmers, environmentalists and forest rangers alike.
