The Hilltop Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam Hot Honey is one of those things you try once and then end up putting on everything. It’s properly sweet to start with, then you get a warm chilli kick that builds gently rather than blowing your head off. I’ve been drizzling it over pizza and halloumi, and it just works. It’s a little sticky, as you’d expect, but easy enough to spoon or pour. Maybe a touch on the sweet side for some tastes, but overall it’s a really moreish, easy way to add a bit of interest to everyday meals. RRP £4.25
