Babysense Full HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor with 2 PTZ Cameras
Baby August 11, 2026
There are so many moments in a developing baby and toddlers’ life that can leave you feeling a little panicked. Did they roll on to their face? Have they learnt to climb out of the cot? Was that a cough or have they been sick? The risk is you go rushing into their room only to find you have woken them up from a perfectly peaceful sleep. A reliable baby monitor won’t stop the worrying entirely, but it can save countless unnecessary dashes upstairs.
The Babysense Full HD Split Screen Baby Monitor comes with two pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) cameras, making it ideal for siblings in different rooms or for keeping an eye on different parts of a nursery. Footage is displayed on a 5.5 inch HD 780p colour screen, each camera can be remotely controlled from the parent unit, offering 360° pan, 90° tilt and 4x digital zoom. That flexibility makes it easy to follow an increasingly mobile toddler or adjust your view without quietly creeping into the room and inevitably waking them. The split screen mode displays both camera feeds simultaneously, while audio can be selected from either room or automatically switch every 15secs.
Unlike many modern monitors, the Babysense doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi. Instead, it uses a secure 2.4GHz FHSS wireless connection, keeping the feed private while avoiding the headaches of pairing apps, remembering passwords or wondering whether your broadband has decided to take the evening off.
The feature list is comprehensive. Two-way talk lets you offer reassurance from another room, while automatic infrared night vision, room temperature monitoring, lullabies, white noise and adjustable night light all help make parenting that little bit easier. The rechargeable parent unit offers up to 20 hours of battery life in ECO mode, meaning it should comfortably last through even the longest of days and nights.
Its main limitation is range, with a quoted maximum of 300 metres in open spaces, although walls naturally reduce this indoors. The cameras also need mains power, so placement depends on nearby sockets. The image quality won’t blow you away, but it is certainly clear enough to ensure you little ones are getting up to any trouble.
Parents juggling more than one child will particularly appreciate the second camera and split vision. Add dependable wireless performance and genuinely useful features, and the Babysense Full HD Split Screen Monitor earns its place on the bedside table without demanding a degree in networking to set it up.
