BLUETTI Elite 200 V2
Camping and Outdoors August 11, 2026
Camping used to involve accepting a few compromises. A flat phone, sparingly using the torch to save the batteries and the only source of music being that guy with the acoustic guitar and the three songs he knows. The BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 gives you the option of finding the perfect balance between enjoying the great outdoors but still being able to take advantage of some creature comforts.
At its core sits a 2,073.6Wh LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, capable of powering everything from laptops and cameras to electric cool boxes and kitchen appliances, camp side smoothies anyone? The integrated pure sine wave inverter delivers 2,600W of continuous AC output, with Power Lifting Mode allowing it to handle resistive appliances rated at up to 3,900W.
Despite packing serious capacity, the Elite 200 V2 remains relatively compact, measuring 350 × 250 × 323.6mm and weighing around 24.2kg. “Portable” is perhaps stretching things slightly, but the sturdy integrated handles make lifting it into a car boot perfectly manageable.
Charging is flexible, AC input reaches up to 2,300W, allowing the battery to recharge from 0 to 80% in around one hour. It also accepts up to 1,000W of solar input via MPPT charging, alongside car charging and generator compatibility, making it equally suited to off grid adventures or emergency home backup.
Connectivity is also generous, with two AC sockets, two 100W USB C Power Delivery ports, two USB A outputs and a 12V DC outlet, allowing you to charge up to 7 devices at once. Everything can be monitored and controlled through the BLUETTI app using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, allowing you to adjust settings or check battery status without hovering over the unit.
The LiFePO₄ battery chemistry is rated for over 6,000 charge cycles to 80% capacity, giving it an exceptionally long service life compared with traditional lithium ion alternatives. The cooling system is effective whilst ensuring fan noise rarely becomes intrusive under moderate use.
It isn’t inexpensive, and at over 24kg you’re unlikely to carry it very far by hand. Even so, few portable power stations combine this level of performance, charging speed and longevity quite so efficiently.
Whether it’s powering a campsite, supporting a mobile office or providing peace of mind during unexpected blackouts, the BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 delivers dependable power without breaking a sweat. RRP £999
