When power banks first appeared on the scene it was brilliant to be able to charge my phone on the go as I was both addicted to taking photos and playing Pokemon GO. The downside was that the one I owned was roughly the same size and weight of a house brick. As with all wireless charging it is slower than wired mains charging, particularly for larger phones, and the magnetic attachment works best with MagSafe or Qi2 compatible cases.
