[text_block_nav title=”Intro”]In recent years I have found myself missing my old iPod nano that I used to take running with me, my phone has all the joy of music, but notifications of emails received with distract me and make me feel guilty for taking that time out for myself and delaying a response. The Mighty 3 is the perfect device for those looking to step back from their devices but to still enjoy their favourite audio, I for one don’t want to be left with just the sound of my own wheezing. This dinky item measures just 1.5″ x 1.5″ x 0.64” and weighs only 0.7 ounces, the 8GB storage capacity will easily hold 1000+ tracks but we love most is the option to stream music offline from Sportify Premium or with Amazon Music compatibility coming soon.

It is WiFi and Bluetooth enabled for straightforward syncing and connection to wireless headphones, the rechargeable battery offers 8+ hours of playback whilst the tough little body is drop and water resistant (IPX4 rated). The audio quality is enjoyable with100 dB SNR; THD+N -90 dB playback, the device is also super easy to navigate with the basic physical buttons making it possible to operate without taking our eyes off the world around you. The Playlist Selector button allows you to scroll your collection whilst Mighty 3 speaks the name of each playlist (currently in English only) into your headphones again which is great for when I’m running as if I look down at my screen I’m almost guaranteed to trip over my own feet. Mighty automatically updates your playlists and podcasts each night so you always have the latest audio, there’s an integrated clip on the back of device so you can attach it to your clothing removing the need for arm straps or waist bags.

I appreciate the simplicity and functionality of the Mighty 3, it lets me work out without the distraction of my phone and irritation notifications, its also easier to navigate on the go. RRP £124.99
