I remember when Pokémon Go was released it would quickly drain my phones battery so to support my addiction, I carried a battery pack around that was roughly the size and weight of a house brick. Thankfully things have moved on a bit since then, the INIU Carry P50-E1 is an impressively small battery pack, it’s only about the size of a deck of cards. But don’t let its size fool you—this little thing packs a punch.
It’s got a 10,000mAh battery and a 45W output, which is more than enough to fast-charge your phone or tablet (enough to charge most phones 1.5 to 2 times.) You can get a solid chunk of charge in just 25 minutes, which is ideal when you’re in a rush.
There are two USB-C ports and one USB-A, so you can charge a few devices at the same time. It works with all the main fast-charging standards too—PD 3.0, QC 3.0, PPS, Samsung Super Fast Charging—so whatever gadget you’ve got, this should handle it no problem.
A couple of clever design bits stand out too. The USB-C lanyard doubles as a charging cable, which is great if you’re always losing or forgetting yours. Plus, there’s a little digital display that shows you exactly how much juice you’ve got left—much better than guessing with blinking lights.
It recharges pretty quickly too—under two hours with the right charger—and it’s efficient, so you’re getting the most out of each charge. At around £30, it’s cracking value for something so compact and capable.
Whether you’re travelling, commuting, or just want something reliable in your bag “just in case,” the INIU Carry P50-E1 is a proper little powerhouse. An upgraded version of the current P50, named Pocket Rocket P50, is expected to launch in early July 2025, featuring the new Macaron series and software enhancements
