Epomaker G84

The Epomaker G84 is a compact mechanical keyboard that just like the predecessors aims to bring premium features into a space saving design. Its 84 keys (clues in the names) follow an 80% layout that keeps all the keys you need while freeing up desk space. The case is crafted from aircraft grade aluminium and is available in black white or soft pink. The board uses double injection PBT keycaps that are durable and shine‑through to show off the full per‑key RGB lights.

Inside the chassis lies a gasket mounted structure with a flex cut PC plate and PCB and there are five layers of sound dampening foam including Poron and IXPE pads. The result is a typing experience that feels cushioned and tactile and produces minimal noise so you game mates won’t hear frantic tap-dancing sounds during intense moments.
The switches are hot swappable, supporting both three and five pin mechanical options. The included Epomaker Creamy Jade or Transparent linear switches ship pre‑lubed for smooth action. They strike a satisfying middle ground between responsiveness and quiet operation, ideal for both typing and gaming.

The built in 4000mAh battery supports wired USB‑C and give you around fifteen hours with backlight on or up to four hundred hours without. There are multiple connection options including Cable Wired, 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 and you can pair up to three devices and switch seamlessly.

The board works with Windows Mac Android and gaming consoles, and full VIA or QMK programming support lets you remap keys and assign macros or layered lighting effects. The VIA app is straightforward to use and on board profiles allow instant switching without software.

In daily use the Epomaker G84 feels solid both physically and in performance.
