Lofree Touch Mouse
Gaming and Computing April 27, 2025

As soon as I saw this mouse I was transported back to the 90’s when our family first got a computer, it is giving serious vintage vibes. If you’re the kind of person who cares as much about aesthetics as performance, the Lofree Touch Mouse might just be your new favourite desk companion.
Let’s start with what makes it stand out, instead of the traditional plastic clickers, this mouse features PBT keycaps on the left and right buttons. If you’re a mechanical keyboard lover, this is basically a dream come true. The tactile feedback feels a lot like pressing a high-quality key switch, and honestly, it’s super satisfying. It even uses mechanical switches underneath, giving every click a nice, audible “snap.”
On the tech side, the Lofree Touch comes with a PAW3805 sensor, which offers solid tracking even on glass and uneven surfaces. Two DPI setting modes allow for a sensitivity rate as low as 200 DPI and as high as 4000 DPI, all without the use of software. Your chosen setting will be displayed on the little screen. The touch panel on top replaces the scroll wheel, allowing you to swipe up, down, or sideways to scroll. It’s surprisingly intuitive once you get used to it.
Connectivity is another win. You get triple-mode support: Bluetooth 5.1, 2.4GHz wireless (with a USB dongle), and USB-C wired, making it compatible with pretty much everything—Mac, Windows, tablets, you name it. Battery life holds up well, giving around 4 weeks on a full charge, and you can keep using it while it charges.
If I had to nitpick, it’s not the most ergonomic for larger hands, and the touch panel might take some getting used to. But overall, if you’re looking for a mouse that’s as much a conversation starter as it is a reliable daily driver, the Lofree Touch is a super fun choice.RRP $69.99
