Ecovacs DEEBOT T30 OMNI Robot Vacuum

The Ecovacs Deebot T30 Omni is a high-tech robot vacuum and mop designed to make home cleaning effortless and completely hands free. It’s packed with smart feature and has a versatile and compact design that fits easily into most spaces. One of the first things we noticed is the smaller base station, which is much more compact than older models and will slot discretely into a corner and not take up tons of space. However, do not let size deceive you, it still holds a 4 litre fresh and 3.5 litre dirty water tanks, making refilling and cleaning super easy. The vacuum itself looks modern and stylish, coming in a sleek black finish.

This little bot comes 11,000Pa suction power and can handle dust, debris, and pet hair with equal success, whilst the retractable mop pads will automatically lift to 9mm, meaning it can transition easily between hard floors and carpets without soaking your rugs. It can get up to 1mm proximity of the edges but like so many robot cleaners it can leave some debris around the very edges and in the corners of the room. To avoid hair entanglement and ensures efficient suction the Dual Comb teeth have been designed for flow-guide. The newly designed anti-tangling roller brush uses a 21° flat bristles structure and outward-rotating angled bristles, removes the hassle of cleaning out hair on a regular basis.

The 5,200mAh battery keeps this little guy running for up to 290 minutes on a single charge, which is enough to clean most homes thoroughly and takes about 3.5hrs to recharge. The DEEBOT T30 uses TrueDetect 3D 3.0 and TrueMapping 2.0 to navigate its surroundings, the infrared light patterns detect objects, and the accurate mapping can memorise 100 square meters in just 6 minutes. It works out intelligent path planning for navigating complex scenes, multi-floor map management, and bottom-view sensors for automatic recognition of various steps to prevent falls.

We love the efficiency and how easy the T30 Omni is to use, you can literally leave it to deal with the daily chore of cleaning, only needing to refill/empty the tanks and tidy up the edges and corners from time to time. It certainly isn’t a cheap option, but It does deliver top-tier cleaning so if you are looking for a reliable robot to take over the tedious chore of vacuuming and mopping this is a solid investment!
