The KitchenAid Mixer Bowl Lift Artisan 4.8L stand mixer is the middle brother of their hugely popular mixer range suitable for cooks, bakers and chefs and professional caters alike, their best selling size. These mixers come in a selection of colours, 28 to be precise such as the iconic Candy Apple, Medallion Silver, Onyx Black, Cast Iron Black, Dried Rose, Empire Red and now their 2022 colour of the year Beetroot.

It uses a high efficiency motor with efficient wattage to power conversion straight into the bowl, the robust design is strong enough to handle even the toughest mixes whilst remaining impressively quiet. Constructed from solid zinc metal it is built to last a lifetime and more and comes with a five-year guarantee, the smooth rounded bowl-lift professional design is perfect for heavy loads/use and easy to clean. It comes with a 4.8L stainless steel bowl, removable pouring chute, elliptic 11-wire whisk, powerknead spiral dough hook, flat beater ensuring this mixer is ready for anything from bread and cakes, to whipping cream and mashing potatoes.
