DeWalt DCK692M3 18V XR LI-ION 6 Kit

The DCK692M3 is a six-piece kit that contains a hammer drill, impact driver, circular saw, grinder, jigsaw, LED light as well as three 4.0Ah slide pack batteries and a multi-voltage charger all packed into two durable kit boxes. With so much to cover we will look at each of those tools in turn.

DCD985M2 18V XR LI-ION Premium Hammer Drill Driver

This hammer drill is powered by one of the included XR 4.0Ah Li-Ion batteries, it has a tough three speed all metal transmission for a longer runtime and extending life, the 22 position adjustable torque control improves precision when screw driving. The 13mm ratcheting keyless chuck with automatic spindle lock provides fast bit changes, the efficient intelligent trigger gives you total control over all applications. The LED with delay feature for improved visibility and flashlight functionality, there is an improved grip design for a secure and comfortable hold whilst the steel belt hook and magnetic bit holder gives you space to keep the right equipment close to hand.

DCF885 Impact Driver
The Impact Driver is made with a compact, light-weight design that makes it suitable for working in confined spaces with an improved ergonomic shape and rubber grip increase comfort over long periods of use. The all metal gearing ensures efficient power transmission, the aluminium front housing provides greater heat dispersion increasing motor life and the intelligent trigger gives you total control over all applications. This impact driver has a 6.35mm ‘drop in’ keyless hex driver for quick, one handed fitment and just like the hammer drill it has a steel belt clip and strong magnetic bit holder.

DCS391 Circular Saw
A reliable grip is essential with a saw, that’s why this circular saw comes with an ergonomic handle set with rubber overmould, the durable design includes a cast magnesium base for repetitive, accurate cuts. The intelligent variable speed trigger lets you adjust the speed for different jobs, the keyless bevel angle and depth of cut adjustment has an easy to read scale whilst the lock off switch and electronic motor brake adds additional control and safety whilst working. The ultra-thin kerf 165 mm, 24 tooth carbide-tipped blade has an efficient run time and smooth cut finish at maximum 55mm depth of cut.

DCG412 Grinder
The Grinder features steel cut spiral bevel gears that provide a high level of durability and lower vibration, the low-profile jam pot gear case improves gear strength and ergonomics whilst the intelligent trigger and lock-off switch offers enhanced work safety and control. The keyless guard gives you greater versatility, the two-position side handle offers a comfortable grip and the quick change wheel release allows for fast and straightforward wheel removal. The blade wrench comes as standard.

DCS331 Jigsaw
The Jigsaw utilises the DeWalt PM47 fan-cooled motor with replaceable brushes, this provides fast cutting action of up to 3000 strokes per minute, the intelligent variable speed trigger with lock-off switch provides quick controlled cuts and enhanced safety. The tool-free adjustable shoe has an anti-scratch cover that bevels 45 degrees in both directions, the quick patented keyless blade change system speeds up blade swaps and accepts T-shank blades. This jigsaw has a patented anti-vibration counter-balance mechanism and rubber grip for a smoother operation, there is a three-position pendulum action that controls the aggressiveness or smoothness of cuts. The dust blower ensures the line of cut is visible and clear of debris, the modular component gives you trouble free servicing and the rubber coated grip reduces surface vibration and user fatigue.

DCL040 LED Pivot Light
To allow for work to continue when the light fades this compact, lightweight LED light can produce 110 Lumen output (10,000Hr Life) with a 2 Zone light pattern, it has been designed with impact resistant housing to withstand the tough life on site. This flashlight head pivots more than 90 degrees vertically with ratchet lock, it includes an integrated hook for hanging or can be used free standing. It has a new and improved ergonomic design and rubber grip increase comfort and secure hold.

DS300 Tough System Kit Box
The two Tough System Kit Boxes provide a safe place to store all your tools when not in use, with 4mm thick reinforced outer casing giving you high impact protection, the heavy duty metal latches add an extra layer of durability. The Bi-material handles offer a comfortable grip, with the side handles providing alternative lifting position, the tool boxes can also be fastened together for secure stacking and making it easy to carry.
