The earthy colour palette is rich and grounding, and the visual detail offers just the right amount of inspiration without becoming distracting during your practice.

In terms of performance, this mat holds its own. It is made from biodegradable, PVC-free, non-toxic materials including natural rubber and vegan leather. It has an effective non-slip surface on both sides and offers great grip from the moment you step on it. Unlike my old cork mat, which needed warming up, this one is ready to go straight away. The thickness is approximately 4.2 millimetres, offering solid support without being too spongy or affecting balance in standing poses.

It is also slightly larger than the industry standard, measuring 68 centimetres wide and 185 centimetres long. It feels spacious without being bulky. While it is light enough to carry, it does not come with a strap or bag, so you may want to get one separately.
